After being divorced for years I met someone who I really enjoyed. My x found out and all of the sudden became my best buddy again.Even slept with me<my mistake> Even talked of putting the family back together.Then it seems that after she proved she could still influence me she backed off completely.Whats up with that?

I can't talk about ex-spouses from experience, but I Can talk about ex g/f's.. I've had a couple try to pull that exact same shit on me.. I think it has something to do with the fact of them wanting you to remain forever theirs in your heart, whether they move on or not..
