Sometimes, we wonder why friends keep forwarding jokes to us without writing a word, maybe this could explain:

When you are very busy, but still want to keep in touch, guess what you do -- you forward jokes.

When you have nothing to say, but still want to keep contact -- you forward jokes.

When you have something to say, but don't know what, and don't know how -- you forward jokes.

And to let you know that: you are still remembered, you are still> important, you are still loved, you are still cared for, guess what
you get? -- A forwarded joke from me.

So, my friend, next time you get a joke, don't think that I have sent you just a joke, but that I have thought of you today, and wanted to send you a smile.

Have a Good Day...And send me a joke.!

I never get forwarded jokes. All I get is porn. Some of it's funny... but mostly not.

I HATE forwarded joke e-mails. I can't stand them. Any message that comes to me with a million ">>>>>>>>" symbols gets instantly trashed.

And I truly hate when they make their way to the Literotica BB.

I have a lot of hate issues. Someone hold me.

It's okay DCL, God loves you.. wait, no. Sometime tells me that's not going to work with you.
Okay, I love you DCL.

Sort of.
~warm hugs~

**Note to self**

~No forwarded jokes to DCL~

Guess the word joke in the thread title will have to suffice to warn him when I post them for others to see on the board.

You can't please all the people all the time so why give a shit.

DCL, I'm sorry.

I read my previous post again and it sounded like I was trying to start something and that was not my intent.

Just for the record.

In that case, in the words of Chuck Berry,

Why don't you play with your own ding-a-ling.

You know, this is one problem I've never had to deal with.

Guess that means my friends either don't get forwarded jokes or don't care enough to forward them along.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU DCL

I get so pissed when I check my email and find tons of forwarded jokes and bullshit. One letter may have "Fwd..FW...FW...FW...FW...FW" in the subject file and I can't help but wonder, "DOES THIS PERSON HAVE A LIFE?"

I don't object to getting jokes in my e-mail -- I just object to getting the same jokes, over and over. I can't count how many times I've gotten "Notice of Revocation of Independence" or "Why a Cucumber is Better Than a Man" or "Bushisms." And the ones that haven't been e-mailed to me a dozen times have been posted a dozen times on every board I've ever visited. Aren't there any new jokes out there?

I have no life and I forward jokes (not to mention the majority of joke threads on Lit are mine) I wonder if there is a help group for this?

THAT'S EXACTLY MY PROBLEM TOO

The friend that I mentioned in another post does that. Because she was a college student at the time we met online, I introduced her to my younger sister. Both were majoring in Psycology. They became friends online, as well. Our friend will forward her forwarded jokes to both of us, my little sister will then send it to all of her siblings (including yours truly), and I may get those same jokes forwarded to me by one or two of my other siblings. It's like the flu. One person passes it on to a dozen people.
