one of those days when you wish you could just crawl back into the womb and stay safe and warm from the outside world for a while?

Yeah. Me too.

:(

now, that would be very scary cuz mom's passed away. ..but i kinda get it. friday, i was feeling like crap and my wife took such good care of me but i still wanted to just lie down and pretend like there was nothing i needed to do...nothing that needed attention. i just wanted to be still.
i get it.

I often have days where I just want to crawl under the warm covers of my bed and stay there.

Curling up against a horse's belly is a good substitute. Warm legs and mane and body all around you.

Unless the horse suddenly has to urinate. :(

Stella - This has been bubbling for a few days. Had a mental suckershot from the resident asshole, and it won't go away.

Box - It could be worse. i've had to medicate horses with colic before. You know what that entails?

Not pretty.

*cuddles the horsey, despite the threat of a yellow shower*

I think you're misquoting me. That was giving an enema to a constipated elephant.

Treating a colicy horse has much the same result.
