Yes, it gets so relaxing that I just close my eyes and wish for a slip of a finger or a sheet that falls to the floor.
Mmmmmm! Love this!

.Yes, but it isn't because of the masseuse, it's because I love tactile stimulation and deep tissue pressure...define that as you will!.

As a massage therapist I am finding this thread intriguing.
Its true, the body may have an involuntary response to what appears to be arousal, particularly in males, after all, a major intent of manual therapy is freeing up space, opening blockages and restoring blood flow to areas of the body that may not be receiving it. Its usually not a big deal, I pretend not to notice and go about my business and nothing is ever said (to avoid embarrassment).
Of course, there is the occasional client who makes you wonder why he is really there, those are the creepy ones.

No. I can’t stand massages. I can’t recall ever having had a massage I have found pleasurable in the slightest and will avoid them at all cost.
GinnyGina, I have a legitimate question and would like an answer from a massage therapist's point of view. Any other massage therapist feel free to answer as well.As a massage therapist I am finding this thread intriguing.

I truly believe this.Absolutely!
A long, sensual massage by someone who knows what they're doing can turn me into pure jelly.
Or, I guess a more accurate term would be silly putty LOL. I will, and have, literally agreed to anything afterwards.
I've never understood why in movies and TV shows where someone is being interrogated
for information, the interrogators always resort to violence. Give me 45 minutes alone with Putin
and I'll give you the names and addresses and bank accounts of every Russian hacker.
Right, GinnyGina?
Recent experience. I went to a massage therapist who is also a friend. He gave ma a great massage, which I sorely needed. When he got to my glutes, he gave them extra attention and before long my cock was rock hard.
As his fingers ran over my ass they strayed down the crack and I involuntarily raised up to meet them. I guess he took that to mean I needed a deeper massage, and he began roughing around my asshole. I pushed back and his fingers entered me.
By now, I was on all fours on the table and my cock was rigid. Let me just say it was a happy ending for my “end” and cock. Helps being friends with the masseur.
This is pretty damn hot!!
A massage from my husband almost always ends in sex. Sometimes I am completely turned on and sometimes not.
I did MT for years and this was pretty common, as common as people talking out their problems like I was a dancer, bartender or hairdresser, as common as crying. Yeah that happens not infrequently.
Humans seem to understand the need for touch, contact, physical comfort with children and pets but we seem to age out of it or are trained by society that contact is inappropriate. For some people our bi-weekly or monthly sessions were the most contact they would get with another person.
Add on to that the training that (most states) require for MTs is only shy of some nursing degrees and it's easy to see these professionals have a good knowledge of the workings of human bodies and respect for them.
Feeling self-conscious is only going to make you tense and make an MTs job harder and body work is already a complex business to begin with. Understand that unless the MT is new there is very little you can do that will be new for them. Relax, let them help you heal and trust that they take your client sessions with the same respect and confidentiality as any medical professional.
Also, 99.999999% they aren't getting hot while doing this for you. After staring at bodies and giving my legs, back, arms, hands intense workouts all day honestly all I wanted to do at the end was go home shower and not even see another human being for a while.
**EDIT**: This applies to medically certified MTs not back of magazine ads, or Craigs List. You are a lot more inclined to be professional if it is your butt on the line or working under a group shingle because lawsuits happen big time.
