This, and my mom always told me to pick my battles wisely...she was a smart woman. Sometimes it is just not worth it.

Depends on who, what, and why.
I've done each of those at different times.

I try to ignore jerks, if that doesn't work I PM. I'd rather hash it out and keep things cordial... but, I'm not adverse to posting and fixing a problem if it needs to be done.
