Shyguy suggested Amsterdam. Move to Europe and you can come, too

Amsterdam isn't actually that far from me. Nothing in the Netherlands really is. As my dad says: They need to have a speed limit or you would leave the countrey without noticing you entered it Of course I don't know where I'll be whenever this meeting takes place...

Seriously I would love to meet some Litsters. shyguy, Witcha, M Wisdom and I were all going to meet in London, but events conspired against us.

There was also talk of a euro meet a couple of years ago.

But somebody needs to plan, organise it and be brave enough to make decisions about dates etc.

Any volunteers??

Amsterdam is probably the only way we'de make it of late, unless you want it in Eastern Europe. Warmer weather is also a better choice most likely in many ways. LOL, was thinking the other day of resurrecting the old thread, but was holding off to see what his schedule is like.

Amsterdam sounds like a good place to me, think it's pretty close to most people and it's a great city to visit.

I have no preference as to where we meet.

Have never been to Amsterdam, but where ever there is an airport is good for me

I'm in. the closest i ever was to Amsterdam was at the airport for five hours. It has very comfortable sofas. Need a place to stay or someone to share rooms with. Any voluteers?

My parents are older and still able to walk and stand and all that. But he was grown up and all that as he showed proof on the face pic thread when I was just born.
It would be better if he were blind so won't be able to READ what's said in this thread...

Fear of unknown situations. Have always had it. Probably why I tend to throw myself into those situations...
Anyway, a crowd of unknown people always makes me feel insecure.
And finding many of that crowd quite scary (nice, but still scary) doesn't help.
