I hate acronyms and abbreviations. there are just too many out there to keep up, my brain hurts! I have a hard enough time remembering my daughter's name, my address and phone number.

Maybe ESO is electo-stimulation? I have no idea what MO is. I have done electrical play and love it. It's not difficult, but there are safety issues that should be researched before you begin.
