Escargots on Netflix

Couldn't find any escargot documentaries unfortunately, which is a shame...because they're quite delicious if prepared properly.

Been a while since I've dined on them. Y'all like 'em?

I couldn't find any either! How strange is that?

I don't know if I like them, I have never had them. Whenever I have had an option to, I have always been with someone who LOVES them so I let them have them all!

Been a while for me, too. But yes, they are tasty.
I could eat a cargo of escargot.

Hi Zumi!

Are they London escargot?

London? hmmm...never hoid of 'em like that. ;)

The ones I've had, I've always assumed they were either snail-farmed stateside or locally somehow. And many cuisines feature this dish, but don't necessarily call 'em escargots.

I had a shared platter of really good ones at a dinner party in Chinatown once, they were tiny, cooked in garlicky sauce and you picked them out of the shell with toothpicks. You can always get them without the shells, but (IMO) that takes the fun away from eating them, much like cracking crab or lobster claws. :D

You need a really small lasso to be a snail farmer.
