Is anyone on this thread actually familiar with the word ‘sapiosexual’? I see the title of this thread is called ‘erotic in intelligence’ but a lot of the comments are just comprised of nude models wearing glasses or holding a book

It depends on your definition of "familiar."

Sapiosexual is someone who values and is attracted to intelligence and genuine emotion over other alluring characteristics of a person.

Many of us know that.

But have we been in a relationship with a sapiosexual, are we sapiosexual ourselves, do we know someone who is, or is it just a fantasy or interest?

For myself, I believe I am a sapiosexual in many respects and I love exploring the topic.

I first heard the term when I encountered it on Tinder about six years ago.
