This thread gets to the heart of what it means to be Sapiosexual, which clicks with my personal identity (more in my profile). I’ve enjoyed meeting several others on this site and have gotten to know a couple quite well.

For those who are curious, Sapiosexuality is a type of sexuality that involves being more attracted by the contents of a person's mind than by the appearance of their body. To feel sexually attracted to another person, a sapiosexual person must first feel intellectually stimulated. Intelligence is often the first quality a person notices in a potential partner.

This just resonated with me so much. Call me old fashioned but I think a bit of mystery adds a lot of allure to a woman. And then if you layer on a connection of the brain, that's fire, IMHO.

When people connect mentally and their thinking, imagination, playfulness align, it makes everything else that much better. I was lucky enough to connect at that level and it was mind blowing!
