I'm not Italian, but I play one in the kitchen, and nothing (almost) gets me wetter than sauteing garlic with a glass of good merlot in my hand.....

Been into Thai food lately, hot coconut based soup with masaman curry with alot of Hot spice, lemon grass, and plenty of ginger.

I like the merlot, and Sinatra's a good idea, too.

Actually I usually listen to Kathleen Battle while cooking but thats apples and oranges....
