A 19-year-old unlucky college virgin and his friend find an old spell book under their college's sealed off and forbidden catacombs. The main character wins ownership of the book in a game of Magic: The Gathering or something. It contains a spell that the MC hopes will summon a sex fairy to finally take his v-card. Instead he has cast the spell over a pile of erotic comics and it brings his favorite adult comic book character to life.

As soon as she emerges from the pages, she fucks our hero at the end of chapter one. She starts out looking like a greyscaled sketch (I'm thinking of the "Take on Me" music video here) but as the sex commences she turns more and more human, eventually going full color, flesh-and-blood person.

She can manipulate people with the power of suggestion, but only once per person, and convinces the family that she's a long time girlfriend of the main character and is staying for the summer. She doesn't need to eat or drink water to survive, but it turns out that she lives off of sex in large amounts (she did pop out of an erotic comic after all).

Meanwhile the MC's friend has actually photocopied the spell pages. In his case it brings forth a character from a hentai manga, a young Asian woman with anime blue/purple/green colored hair. She has the ability to summon tentacles.

Okay, the concept is fun if a bit simplistic. I think you've got a few moving parts that simply don't really make a lot of sense in the format you seem to be suggesting.

Her starting out gray scale and gradually becoming flesh and blood is an interesting mechanic. Here's my issue. In a short stroke fic that's just a moving part that accomplishes nothing, in a long series it seems like you'd have to toru that on it's head with her starting out fully realized and then gradually going grey if certain conditions aren't met. A black and white woman would gather a lot of attention very quickly, too quickly for any "realistic" amount of magic to cover it up. I say "realistic" amount because if her one suggestion per person can be "nothing about me strikes you as odd" or something else similarly all encompassing you may as well replace it with a different ability. There are tons of stories about beings who are invisible save to just a chosen few under certain conditions. Hell on occasion it doesn't even REALLY get explained. (i.e. Rodger from American Dad, whatever he dresses up as people believe, including specific individuals they've met in the past.)

If you have her start out passing for human but every week, day, hour (probably hour) that she goes without sex she becomes gradually less human. This forces our characters to find ways to keep her fully charged so to speak.

I think her being able to make suggestions is WAY too good a power at least if it doesn't have some kind of reasonable limitation on it. To go back to Roger that works fairly well but he still needs his costume for it to work. He also HAS to be in some disguise in public. Entire episodes have been based around the concept that he forgot who this costume was and couldn't change back and got on a zany adventure.

I love tentacles as much as the next guy. I think the way you've set this story up however the tentacles are just there because you don't have a good reason NOT to have them. Tentacles are not like batarangs. You need a reason to be able to spontaneously summon tentacles instead of a reason not too.

If you really want her to have a super power and she's from a hentai I'd probably stick with some kind of shape shifting ability. With that if you DO want tentacles you can just say that her shapeshift ability is a bit absurd but you're not actually married to that.

It could be an interesting read though.
