Erica is a lady in her early forties attractive for her but once she was a stunning beauty herself. This facade she portrays on the outside of a nice disposition covers up her wanton lust for young women to please her lust full perversion.

Her games entrap young college girls into a web of debauchery and lust until all the girls want is to be used.

I am not sure how to write the backstory into my idea or to even bother with an backstory. Any help would be appreciated.

Ultimately, you have to ask yourself why the reader should want Erica to succeed. Is it because they sympathise with Erica, and if so why, or is it that they see her prey as deserving of corruption, and if so why? Ideally both.

Erica was not a good girl. At forty years old, she was no longer a girl at all, and had not been good for a long time. If there was a part of her that still longed to be the good girl she was raised to be, its voice of reason and compassion was often drowned out by the voice of experience. There was little pleasure in being good, and less satisfaction, but in being bad there could be both - and Erica's particular vice was in teasing away the veneer of goodness that younger women so often wore as armour. That shy pretense at innocence and respectability. A woman's body was made for pleasure, and there was such exquisite delight in taking a prudish young virgin and making a dirty little slut out of her...

It might be easier to write from the perspective of her latest victim. At least then you would get sympathy from the readers.
