i have a friend that is in his late 40's who thinks he may be suffering from that dreaded disorder.
he is otherwise in good health. says he is not under any stress. he does smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day.
it has gotten to the point where he does not even get a morning erection when he needs to go take a leak in the morning. he says his appetite is good and he eats healthy.
i wish i knew what to tell him other than "go see a doctor" like what it may be caused by or what options are out there for him. Could it be a blocked blood vessel or something?
C'mon gang...help me out. I know it is bothering him but he can't be the only one in the world with it obviously.

1) He has fingers and a tongue for a reason!

2) Tell him to see a doc. You don't get an erectile dysfunction without a good reason and the longer he lets it go the less likely it will be that he'll get another stiffy without surgerical augmentation. (Hey, sounded like a good reason to see the doc, didn't it?)

Smoking damages and blocks the blood vessels inside the penis. I'm not sure if it reversible, but he needs to chose between pussy and Joe Camel.

thanks KillerMuffin and WriterDom for the concern. i read your responses just before i went into work this afternoon. i mentioned your ideas and comments to him and he is taking the advise and going to the doctors next week.
i got to say, there are a lot of great people with care and compassion on the BB.
true friends indeed.
