The Justice Department has unveiled four new groups of records from the Jeffrey Epstein files, the first documents to come to light under the new law Epstein Files Transparency Act.
These four new groups of records were released on December 19, 2025.
The department's latest documents total about 3,900 files. They can be accessed -- under the section labeled "Epstein Files Transparency Act H.R.4405" -- on the Justice Department's website here:

WHAT TO EXPECT from these latest releases:
-- Most of these ARE PHOTOS.
-- The photos INCLUDE IMAGES OF PROMINENT FIGURES, such as Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, etc.
-- Many of the pictures and documents ARE HEAVILY REDACTED.
-- There ARE INSTANCES OF REPEATED PHOTO/DOCUMENT FILES within the Data Sets.
-- Among the 4 data sets, DATA SET 2 AND DATA SET 3 WILL LIKELY GRAB THE WORLD'S ATTENTION.
-- At an initial glance, THERE ARE SOME DISTURBING DOCUMENTS/EVIDENCES, such as: a scrapbook; personal collections of likely victim photos; photos exhibiting cross-dressing/strip dancing; a device called "Soap on a rope [...] lather-up pussy"; purchase receipts of deliveries, via Amazon to Ghislaine Maxwell's New York address, related to slavery and subjugation.
