My story 'Adam in Asia - All is Revealed' has 88 votes and a rating of 4.84, which should put it at #9 in the 'All Time' list of Exhibitionist & Voyeur stories; but it isn't there at all.
It does show at #40 (eh?) in the 'Last 12 months' list (but with 90 votes).
