Considering the way people travel these days it's probably spread all over the world by now.

One of the great inventions for spreading disease is the Jumbo Jet.

We could ban all people from England from entering the US until further notice, sorry mates but you're on your own.

We might airdrop you guys some barf-bags and rubber wading boots.

Hasn't really hit where I am - touch wood. There's flu going around, though, and a really nasty thing that gives you shivers, sweats, loss of appetite and leaves you feeling wiped.
