I just got off of the telephone with the U.S. Dept. of Energy on the Energy Star kickback program of putting new energy efficient appliances in my place and I qualify for some money by going over to a instant on hot water heater so doing the changeover is on my hit list.

On the State level I have a auditor from the New York State Energy research and development Agency stopping in next Monday to do more in house testing on energy conservation.

Ahhhh.......the joy of a democracy, take advantage of these programs while they exist.
