Have a question about long term bondage. Is this safe ?

We are interested in this but are worried about possible longer term harm. Are aware of the basics and keeping play safe but wondering is there a possibility of problems for example if you are cuffed ( nice smooth shackles ) behind your back for a long time. Or hogtied

Same question about being made to stand. Maybe against pole handcuffed again

Have tried reasonably long times already with no issues but curious about longer but would appreciate any thoughts
