endlessly pending submission, can't contact support

Hi there, noticed I'm not the only one suffering this issue, I've got a story 'pending' has been for over a week now and cannot contact anyone to resolve this issue? Any time I post a story, it either gets posted immediately or sits in the pending status for weeks on end?

I did try contacting mods, to no avail, please help!
