I know I've got 'em.

First of all, someone explain why AIM is acting up.
Oh no, it's not the usual problems logging on.
Explain why my entire buddy list had been deleted when I signed in yesterday.
Hmmm....
As the Nitelight so eloquently put it, *cough*, I really only need his name on there, but, but, but...

WHY does it keep messing with my head?
:)

They don't call it AOHell for nothing. Be careful with any program from them. Don't know if they changed it, but one of their packages couldn't be removed once it was installed. Nice, huh?

You may need to remove it and install a fresh copy.

Funny story...

I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday with a guy from our campus computer help desk. You see, my printer supposedly had a paper jam in it, but I couldn't find anything. I dug around inside it with tweezers, trying to find a scrap of paper. I cursed at the little red light that refused to stop blinking. I fiddled around with the computer's setup. I carefully went through a process to reinstall the printer on my computer, blah blah blah.

No one ever told me that the back of my printer has a little door...
Flip of the switch, and it was REAL easy to find the wad of paper.

*groan*

OMG! thats the same thing that happened to me once...lmao...its nice to know that there are people just as dumb as me! ;)

BlondeBeauty- I had the same exact problem with my AOL IM last night as well. It said that the features weren't available at that time, but that they weren't lost. Then later on in the night it worked. It jsut sucked b/c I couldn't IM anyone, and it wasn't showing up on their buddy lists that I was online...

Bringin' back an old thread for another 'puter question.

Downloaded ZoneAlarm a while ago.
Have a question.

Whenever it blocks someone's IP address, is that person definitely trying to hack into my 'puter? The same one keeps popping up over and over, and I'm just curious. Since I dowloaded the free version, I can't look the number up. Was just wondering if they might have gotten into my computer before I downloaded this stuff.

Thanks for any help.:)
