Enny, I did not mean to disrupt your slumber with that post. I think many of the modern horror movies have lost the creativity that the old horror movies had, and have gone a bit overboard in shock and grossness effects.

BTW, did you know that there is a 2017 horror movie called "Slumber" ? You may not want to watch it . . . "A doctor must confront her own nightmares while battling a parasitic demon that preys on people while they sleep."

This was such a masterpiece.

One I don't think bears remaking. What I do thoroughly approve is the treatment in Shadow of a Vampire (2000). A fictionalization of the making of Nosferatu. Brilliant, and doesn't sully the classic with an inferior version.
