Seeing them up close, I am feeling less shell shocked at the purchase.

I'll just say they are flannel.

I have amazing patience. I’ll wait until your sheets are washed, your toes are washed (I wasn’t sure what the subject was about needing to be washed, but clean sheets and clean toes go well together), and everything and all toes are at home.

Hell, for distraction purposes I also don’t mind several paragraphs of needless detail about sheet rotation.

But I did watch The Beast of Hollow Mountain (1956).

Set in turn of the century Mexico it promises, well, a monster.

A monster which does not show up until the last fifth of the movie. And when it does, imagine my surprise, when it is a tyrannosaurus rex!!

You have to make it feel like the holidays. I spent much of yesterday fighting Christmas lights in blasting cold wind! It felt pretty F’ing Christmasy to me!
