I’ve had it on my want list for ages. It just took me a while to decide where to put it.

One wall in my bedroom is basically 75% closet doors which is really silly. So removing them, combining the two closets, and installing a bookcase with a secret door that both looks way cooler and is functional storage would be such an upgrade!

I admit I seriously considered a huge wardrobe with the false back entrance, but that’s not as practical. Even if it would delight me.

This sounds utterly spectacular.

And ingenious.

I now want it fiercely. Even though I have absolutely no space for such a thing.

Not really. The farmhouse being rehabbed is 100 years old. The bedrooms are upstairs, in what was originally the attic. The closets and an additional half bath are being creatively carved out of the eaves.

Space is tight.

Le Creuset?

15.5? That's a beast! I have the large oval doufeu. Not the current, the one they quit making. It was like . . . 12 quart? 12.5? I can't even get it out of the oven by myself!

Le Creuset is my favorite, but I have a couple of Staub as well. I’ve been slowly replacing all my previous pans with them and it’s addicting. I even have some of the seasonal pieces and love having different ones on my stove at various times of the year.

It’s such a beast! It’s oval in their new Agave color and you can practically take a bath in it Plus it’s like a workout using it.

It's a multi-step aromatherapy scalp detox to increase microcirculation and unclog follicles. It includes a mini hydro-facial and reflexology work on the shoulders and neck. Takes a little over an hour.

I'd never heard of such until I was gifted one last year. I am so sad at all the opportunities lost.

I ran errands this morning wear a pair of Draper of Glastonbury fur-lined ankle boots.

And pale-grey Champion sweat pants.

A recent conversation led from this decade's old question as to whether one knows if one has been assimilated? Does the personality, in fact, know they are a Thing?

It's all very Descartian.

I've been told Frozen Hell, the somewhat recently released original novella penned by John Campbell, answers that later question. This is the script prior to it being pared down for publication as the short story Who Goes There?.

I've ready the short story and do not remember that question being addressed. So - reading the novella. As we speak.

Rumor has it that the Thing's sexual preference might also be addressed.
