I know New Addington too well. My former home is now on the tram route to New Addington.

Even there, there are people who would be offended by her. Her views may be common in some estates, but they are LESS prevalent than they were in my youth, spent in places similar to, and close to New Addington.

What upsets her, and people like her, is that New Addington is no longer an enclave of white former East Enders. It now has immigrants from Eastern Europe and descendants of immigrants from the Commonwealth.

Even the former East End, where some of my family lived, had immigrant populations that were abused and suffered prejudice, and that had been the situation for hundreds of years.

The overall situation, even in New Addington and similar places, is that racial prejudice is less than it was fifty or sixty years ago. I know that it still exists.

I don't know you feel you know this. All the evidence suggests that racial prejudice in the UK is declining, and thank goodness.

Here's an academic's slide show. He has studied data from the last 60 years. There is very specific evidence from the British Social Attitudes Survey which began in 1983 that racial prejudice is declining, it's summarised in a chart on slide 22. But it's a slow generational shift and it doesn't happen the same everywhere among every group.

I was going to say that myself.

So what or who incited her hatred? Perhaps those riden with a bourgeois mile-class guilt who allow unregulated immigration with a total disregard for the working people most affected?

When I was at school in SE London sixty years ago, on Empire (which should have been Commonwealth but the teachers were behind the times) Day we had a parade of children dressed as representatives of the various countries of the Commonwealth.

I appeared as an African, in traditional black-face US Deep-South caricature, singing a song that would be banned now.

If that school were to celebrate Commonwealth Day now, they wouldn't need black-face, or Muslim countries represented by white children with towels on their heads.

The current pupils come from a wide range of countries, some Commonwealth and some not. If their parents could supply some form of traditional national dress then the diversity would be obvious - but generally the pupils don't notice colour or race because people from, or descended from, other countries are part of normal life. They distinguish each other by whether they are friends, enemies, reasonable or assholes, without any preconception that either must be the same colour or creed.

Some of their parents aren't as tolerant as their children. Many of the grandparents certainly aren't, whether the grandparents are white working-class British, or Asian, or Muslim, or Afro-Caribbean.

You can't be serious. If a Muslim woman had done that it would have been reposted on every racist blog on the internet as an example of why Muslims should be deported and Islam eradicated.

But when a white English woman does it, she's simply exercising her right to freedom of speech

Personally, I'm not fan of hate laws (as we call them in Canada). However, the way that woman was carrying on- screaming and yelling and being abusive towards other passengers- was NOT acceptable. That sort of disruptive and disorderly behaviour should definitely be punishable.

What will it be like for the last infidels left in Britain after the once great country has allowed itself to be absorbed by expansionist Islam? Something like this:


A gang of Muslim women who attacked a passer-by in a city centre walked free from court after a judge heard they were ‘not used to being drunk’ because of their religion.

The group — three sisters and a cousin — allegedly screamed ‘kill the white slag’ as they set upon Rhea Page as she waited for a taxi with her boyfriend.

Miss Page, 22, was left with a bald patch where her hair was pulled out in the attack and was left ‘black and blue’ after suffering a flurry of kicks to the head, back, arms and legs while motionless on the pavement. …

None of the defendants was charged with racial aggravation.

Needless to say, if infidels — that is, Britons — raised a hand against Muslim colonists they would be crushed beneath the full weight of the law, not only for assault but also for hate crimes. But the moonbat dhimmis who have been destroying the country from within have declared open season on non-Muslims.

Kudos to the judge on having the creativity to come up with the most preposterous pretext for pandering to Islamic savages yet. They were excused because as Muslims they were not used to being drunk.

Hibo Maxamed, having received a 6-month suspended sentence (i.e., no punishment whatsoever) for taking part in the appalling attack, certainly didn’t win over the judge with a show of remorse:

The only person involved who is remotely sorry about what happened is the poor girl who got her head kicked in for being British in Britain.
