Elleelle74 is concerned the Kirk assination could become a tipping point

So you aren't concerned the Kirk assination will lead to more violence? :)
I'm concerned that anyone would take my position as advocating for political violence and I want to be clear about it.

Perhaps you should also be clear....

Or blame me for wanting a thread to record it.

Whichever works.

The scope of your thread is way too narrow to be at all meaningful. Violence is the apex. Plus who is going to say they pick violence? You are dodging my question as usual. :)

Whether you can answer it directly or not isn't my fault. It seems to bother you.enough to call me out in a separate thread for asking it.

Are you concerned the Kirk assination could be a tipping point for more political violence? I'll ask again so you can avoid it again. :)

I'm concerned that the rhetoric continues to escalate without clear guideposts provided by those expressing commentary.

I never avoided anything. .you ascribed my position without asking my opinion.

Maybe we should either ease his mind or explain that it very well could be. BSG thinks it's a total nothing. :)
Most likely it is a total nothing. So many people are shot in your country every day one more won't make much of a difference, will it?

I wonder if I asked elle-elle nicely if he thought Kirk's assination could be a tipping point for more political violence if he would answer the question? :)

That seems to be the democratic stance. Pritzker and Johnson don't want to stop Chicago murders. Not Newsom. The only politician that seems to care is Trump, and that makes him a fascist. Lol. :)

On the contrary, the democrats seem to want to curb gun violence. The Charlie Kirks of the world are the ones just fine with a body count.

All these shootings that you Americans seem to think there's no solution to . . . except the rest of the civilized world has only a tiny tiny fraction of the shootings that you do!

That's an incorrect take. :)

Just look at what Charlie Kirk said about gun deaths being the (acceptable, to him) price you have to pay for your Second Amendment.

Both can certainly be true. Democrats want to take away guns. Trump wants to put away killers, a distinct but essential difference. :)
