Random thought: Why do people on Lit find it necessary to start a new thread every time they have a question or comment? Isn't that what the "blurt" threads are for?

I mean, honestly, I would never have started a thread with my name on it if Munky hadn't done so (where IS he, anyway?? I hope he's not drinking again....), so I can blurt and comment and ask questions here now. I do that in my picture thread, also. But what's with starting a new thread for every little thing?

I was wondering where Munky was myself... I emailed him yesterday, but when he is busy it may take a few days for him to respond.

I am with you on the clothing oprional days. It's supposed to be in the 90s in my mountains today(hot as heck for up here). I will be wearing as little as possible!!

As for the thread thing...I think some people either really like the attention or are just too lazy to look for the blurt threads!!

Any big plans for the 4th?

We are cleaning out the garage...the Harley is getting crowded out and we have some major appliances stored in there that are just taking up space. Time to purge!! How about you? Lots of fireworks in your future?

I am doing some mad cleaning this week. I have company coming next week! Eek!! The heat is hampering my energy to get stuff done though!

The 4th is the parade, a booth at the park for the local celebration, the orchestra and fireworks at the football field that night as we eat chocolate cherry cake and hand crank ice cream!!

Yes it does. People come and go quite frequqntly. I miss some of the regulars, even if I just stalk them!!
