Electro-stimulation to help with ED???

Anyone have any experience using electro-stimulation to help with ED following prostate surgery?

I had a PES unit for electro self-play years ago, like this one, but sadly gave it up.

I have been having difficulty involving my partner in helping me orgasm, dry orgasms are possible but making it happen is hit or miss and telling her what to do with me is complicated and frustrating for us both. A vibrator is starting to help some, but I just remembered about the Zap Play I did years ago.

I am also wondering about this to help stimulate blood flow to one day, hopefully, enable an erection.

Any thoughts??
