I thought my life sucked before. Living without electricity is a bunch of bullshit. I wanted a generator so fucking bad, but the cheapest one we could find was $400. And, bonus, our well has a water pump/purifier that runs on electricity, so we also had no water! I smell reeeeal bad. Ima go take a shower.

My gramps can cook just about anything on a coal stove. And then eat it dispite it being covered in little black flakes. When I wouldn't eat it, he told me it would, "put hair on my chest".

I was like, "Gramps... those aren't hairs. They're tumors. Plus, why would I want to have to wax more?"

I swear to god, he looked at me and asked, "Wax? What the hell does that mean?"

He's only in his 60s. WTF?

They shaved their legs. Wax is something he used, to make his leather shoes look nicer.

Yeah, but it's more then we got. That was for a used one. The new ones were all $600+.

The average annual income for my area is less then $13000. I learned that today. On this forum.
