Just so you don't think that the United States has all the excitement, here in Queensland, Oz we have our own electoral fraud scandal.

Since he started investigations in November, Mr. Beattie has lost minister after minister until basically it's just now him and his teddy bear running the State. There is some suspicion though that Barbie who was going out with his teddy at the time enrolled herself as several different identities. This wasn't hard - she just changed from aerobics Barbie to wedding Barbie to...

The REALLY distubing things are
- most of these candidates were in safe seats. No need to rig votes.
- friends and family members were so easily co-erced into enrolling as several different names
- names, details and IDs of dead people were so easily obtained for this to occur

I think after people gain power they feel immune, like they can do ANYTHING. These guys were senior party members, not just young candidates learning the ropes. We haven't demanded recounts or taken it to the Supreme Court or anything though. One of our cricketers has a dodgy finger. That's a far greater concern! LOL.

LOL. Yea. We're a little slow here in Oz. It's the heat. Plus, we're too busy trying to win the cricket. Must have been a lull in the cricket and someone decided to do some maths.
