It’s Election Day! Have you voted yet? If not, when will you vote?

I was not able to vote early this cycle. I plan on voting after work, but will keep my eyes on the number of voters throughout the day at various polling locations.

I voted last week. The only interest was the local elections where only one race was contested. Some uppity woman had the temerity to run against one of the good ole boys! Quite the stir she caused.

I'm really just looking forward to see how Floridians manage to screw up this time. Voting is hard.

Fracking was a huge issue here last year and the incumbent supported it. The woman ran the campaign that eventually led to it being outlawed. The large land owners hate her, and the incumbent is one of them. But there's not as many of them as there are hippies and yuppies that have moved into the mountains.

But... she's a woman and she's a democrat. Two strikes right there in this, 90% Republican area.

I voted for her because I opposed fracking, but also because the tight bastard she's running against has never once bought a round at the Legion.

No. I'm in the minor leagues. I was hoping to get called up to the big league by now.

I think this election will have more folks voting for issues that don’t normally drive voters. Issues that will have folks cross party lines.

There is a line out the door at my polling location. That is unusual for a midterm. That location has both the most progressive and the most conservative district in my area voting there.
