I haven’t even read it in detail. I bet it’s very vague and says to don’t rock the boat or gtfo. I’m a big ass dude so kids don’t fuck with me but the morale at school sucks because of this shit.

I did some light reading, and it says enough. For me, personally, I've had issues with administration coddling some children with behavior issues. If I'm being firm with them, you can't turn around and give into them or be all cutesy with them. My students are young, but they need boundaries.

It's funny - everyone always cringes when I tell them I teach 8th-graders. I could never do your job. Earliest grade I've taught is 4th grade, many years ago. It used to freak me out when they would tug at my clothes to get my attention!
