Editor wanted

Hey all,
Although I am a volunteer editor I am seeking another volunteer editor to read through a new story that I have written - it was recently knocked back due with the information to "character dialogue" however it has been looked at by three people who said it's all correct, and I have a feeling it was only knocked back by the powers that be because they don't like the content material.

It is a story on incest, that I picked up from the story idea's section, I wrote it, have had three people read it and say they like it and then it was knocked back saying the

Please fix the punctuation of your dialogue. The convention is that you include periods, commas, exclamation points, or question marks inside the quotes.

excuse however it all fits.

So I am looking for someone to read it, and if they give the okay I will submit it again before taking my services elsewhere.

It gets frustrating when I come here and spend hours/days of my time writing something that I know is right and it gets rejected however other stories that hardly look to be sentences pieced together get approved.

Literotica is far and away the best of the erotic story sties. I had some problems a little while ago as well so I PM Laural and it was taken care of.
I would give that a try before giving up on Literotica.

Did you resubmit it with a note in the notes box that you've had it looked over and the quotes are done correctly? If you haven't, it hasn't been seen by a human editor yet, so there was no plot to deny it posting. A computer program bot does the first screening and sends the rejections.

It's interesting to see the reason it was rejected, though. That would be American style, and some British authors here say they have no trouble passing through British-style stories--which would not faithfully follow this instruction.
