Editor wanted - read carefully

Ideally I am looking for someone who does NOT lead the busiest life ever.
I neither pretend quick turnarounds nor I am that productive but I don't want to wait a month for feedback if I even ever get it, at all.

Editors with no previous editing experience but native speakers are welcome too.

I average 1-2 stories a month, mostly around 2000 words, write in all categories except incest but mostly prefer historical settings.
