Editor Hunting

I'm looking for an editor, preferably female, to review and comment on a story. I will happily do rewrite of it if necessary. I do need someone with strong grammar and structural capabilities.

I want learn as I go, trying to create more effective fiction. I write primarily to please myself at this point. But I want to play with different sorts of viewpoints, different characters views and so on.

I am writing in the interracial area at the moment, but expect to try incest, non-consentual, group themes in the future.

I have tried to use the editor selector, but so far after a couple of days, no answer. So any female with strong english skills, please consider taking a peek at my work to see if we can work together.

About this piece. It is my first work, fairly short at just a tad over 2500 words. Here is the opening paragraphs:

Nope, you're not mistaken AT ALL in your assumption that Lit's editors are volunteer. We aren't getting paid to edit stories that writer send us.

If someone contacted you and asked to be paid to edit your stories, please do yourself a favour and report it to Laurel ASAP.

Now, I'd like to reopen that request for an editor, hopefully female, but at this point, I'm not being choosy. I suppose that my work is more of a scene than a story, since a good story has an arc, a beginning, middle, and end.
