I made a change (tiny edit) to a story that is pending, but is marked "new". It's still showing as "new". Does anyone know if the story will include my edits when it's posted?

I would have expected it to get kicked back to pending, but I've never tried to edit one that was already approved and in the posting queue. I'm guessing the edit wasn't accepted, but if it was, that might indicate a bug, or possibly an exploit.I made a change (tiny edit) to a story that is pending, but is marked "new". I suppose it might simply be a graphical glitch, then, where it failed to replace the 'new' icon with the 'pending' one and it actually did get sent back for another review. It's not show tomorrow's date, which it usually does, so I think something might be snafu
Could just mean the edit has kicked it back into the submissions queue. Keep an eye on it and try not to mess with it again. It's not show tomorrow's date, which it usually does, so I think something might be snafu
My somewhat educated guess would be that it's gonna be either:The combination of "new" and a date in the past could mean anything, depending on how the database is queried, and how the UI gets updated.
