I've noticed a dramatic upswing in my (food) hunger this week - like usually the meals come just before I feel a sharp desire to eat. But I've been experiencing strong physical sensations of hunger at least 15 minutes before each meal ALL WEEK. My physical activity level has gone up a little but not that much....
The main difference is that I've been edging all week! Is there a connection here? Has anyone else experienced this? Or am I just doing the old corelation/causation dance?
