EBW

Unless its an electric car it still violates my moral code :)

But some people need em(I've tried in vain to get my girl to give up hers but to no avail) so I can't complain :D

The Big 10 is going to be a cluster fuck, in my opinion. With Henson gone from Michigan, plus all the people they lost to the draft, I don't see them pulling it off. Purdue is dead to the world without Brees. It will be interesting to watch Northwestern after their surprising year last year. They say Randel El from Indiana may be up for the Heisman, let's see if that team can get it together. Wisconsin, I just can't get to excited about. I think Ohio State may come and surprise us, if they can get through the coaching situation.

Pac 10, I hate them generally. It will be interesting to see how Pete Carroll can handle USC. UCLA has no shot, in my opinion. Arizona blew what shot they had a few years ago. It will be interesting to see if the Oregon schools can repeat the success they had last year. We'll have to see what Neuheisel can come up with without stud QB Tuiasassopo (sp?). I pick an Oregon school in the pac 10, don't know which one.

Big East. This is no contest. Miami hands down. They may win it all even without the help of the WRs they lost to the draft. VaTech has no chance.

ACC, give me a break, it's Florida State all the way. As usual, they play in a pansy-ass conference. I look forward to seeing if Clemson can do well this year. I think Dantzler is back.

SEC. Well it's going to take Bama a few years to recover from the Dubose debacle. Even with TCU's old coach, he can't work miracles overnight. I look forward to seeing LSU this year as well. The former MSU head coach, damn what's his name, he's kinda cute, has done wonders with that team. I say Florida and LSU in the conference championship. Georgia will be dead without Carter.

Big 12, my favorite.

North. I think Iowa State may surprise us all once again. They had a coming out season last year. Kansas State has some issues. They lost their best Wide Receiver, lots of their defense, and Jonathan Beasley, their QB. They have El Roberson who was a freshman last year. I'm not sure he is ready. But they did recruit the best junior college QB in the nation. We'll see what they can do. I still give the north to Nebraska this year (unfortunately!) Eric Crouch is back, I believe. God when is he ever going to graduate. They will be solid. And out for blood. It seems that whoever has home-field advantage between KState and Nebraska in their game will be the North champion.

South is no contest. Texas! With Simms coming of age in the A&M game last year, Texas will be explosive. They are going to have O-line and D-line issues, but with those WRs they have. (man that's a helluva crew) they should be able to win.

So in the final game. God, that's hard. Miami and Nebraska.

How do I respond???? You're probably right about the Big Ten,Big East and ACC. I really like USC to knock everyone of their ass this year and they're my Pac Ten pick. You are probably right about the SEC but I don't like FSU at QB. There's something about the way Tenn looked last year that makes me think that they'll be special this year. Miss too. I think Eli Manning looks as good as either of his Relatives. I love Nebraska this year myself, Crouch is one of those guys who can win games by himself. You're probably right about Texas but losing Hampton and ROgers might be too much to take.

Because they don't get mentioned in a conference break down I would just like to say that I love my Irish this year. Maybe not national champs yet but watch out :)

I was just thinking that I forgot Notre Dame. I pick them to have a GREAT year, the fuckers. I hate Notre Dame. Pick a damned conference!!!!!

They should NOT have been in the BCS last year. I was so happy they got their asses kicked up and down that field.

You are right. Tennessee may come up and surprise Florida. Florida State is in the ACC, not the SEC. They have no competition in the ACC other than Clemson.

Don't forget about South Carolina. I would never underestimate Lou Holtz.

Forgive my sleep deprived brain for mixing up FSU and Florida. I don't like the Gamecocks much. Usually in years after drastic improvement there is a tendancy to relapse and as much as I love Lou I don't see them doing it again. They didn't really deserve the BCS but the country loves Notre Dame so they'll catch the breaks. The ACC??? Don't count out North Carolina, Duke or *Tries to contain chuckles* Wake forest :)

Ahhhhh, No you don't. You really, deep down love the Irish. How could anyone dislike Touchdown Jesus?

I would but then I look at that little Leprechaun with his dukes in the air and Touch Down Jesus and all is forgiven.

Seriously, there are real good reasons to love ND. First, They are Independant. Second, Unlike 98% of the teams in the country they are strict as hell about academic standards which has made them one of the top 25 academic institutions in the US. Third, They wear great uniforms.

Hey, Its why I give mad props to teams like the Maple Leafs, Yankees, Giants(Football) and Celtics. Great Uni's are great Uni's. They look classic and you Imagined yourself in them growing up. Compare that to the Nashville Predators or Vancouver Grizzlies.

Gasp!!!!!!! The Navy and Gold?????? Oooooooh I guess they don't have enough ugly Brown to appeal to a Texas fan.
