I have it written, formatted, spell checked and made into an exe ebook

now where do I go to sell it and how?

You can't sell it, you can only publish it. Epublishing works exactly the same way vanity publishing has worked for centuries -- in other words, it doesn't work. If you really want to sell your book you need an honest to God publisher. Go to any large bookellers and check out the section of books on Writing -- you'll find big fat books there with names of publishers and all their submission guidelines.
