I apologize for my absence; there was some important matters I had to take care of these last few days. My wife, it seems, has developed a rather nasty case of in-grown toenail which had to be operated on. As you all know, choosing a doctor for such a delicate procedure is not an easy task; but I am back now!

And today, I wish to discuss good health and nutrition.

First of all to concider is how much water you drink every day. Never ever drink water from the tap; always drink 8 cups of bottled water each day. I'm drinking some right now.

Also, one must drink their daily allowance in orange juice as it lowers their probablility of cancer.

No red meats. Ever. Eat poultry and fish in small amounts, always cooking them thoroughly. No sweets or candy's; these are not only bad for your bodily heath, but also for your teeth as well.

One can not have enough vegitables; they are alot like enima's in that regard.

Follow these guidelines to better health and I am sure you will live a happier existance.

We almost agree.

I usually eat healthy. I excercise a lot.

This week I've been slacking off - which is a good thing to do every now and then.

Wow, I'm awestruck. Are you okay? Have you finally given up discordia?

Slacking off is NEVER good, Dillinger; you should know that.

Ahhh, bottled water. Whoever thought of that had the best marketing mind ever.

I want to see if I can sell paper bags full of air for $5.00 (American) each. That's the only thing that can possibly be cheaper to produce and have a higher mark-up value.

That's actually a pretty good idea, concidering how poor air quality is these days.

Why do you think it needs to be bottled water? Hell, most of the companies just bottle tap water for you. It isn't really regulated.

Just a bit blue today.

And give up Discordia? Never. Not even possible - it is part of who I am.

And my PURE AIR in brown paper bags will be just as much of an improvement as your average bottled water is over your average tap water.

Of course, I've lived in some areas that had GREAT tap water...

At the current rate of college tuition increases vs. the rate of inflation, I estimate that college will cost about $1000 per day at your average University by the time they're 18.
