ANSWERS:
1. What weighs more, a pound of bricks or a pound of feathers?
Neither, the both weigh the same, a pound.

2. Some months have 31 days, what month has 28 days?
All of them.

3. In the Biblical story, how many of each type of animal did Moses take on the ark?
Moses didn't bring animals on an ark, Noah did.

You take 4 away, so you have 4.

Actually, a pound of feathers weighs 16 ounces, and a pound of gold only weighs 12.

This is because gold is weighed by a different system than feathers; it's called Troy weight, and a troy pound has 14 ounces.

Feathers get weighed in avoirdupois and there are 16 ounces to a pound-- and yes, those are the very same ounces.

So a pound of feathers is heavier than a pound of gold.

And obviously a pound of anything, bricks, gold, diamonds or anything else weighs more than the "pound of cock" most guys claim :D

Got most of them right. Have read most of them before but still forget.
You got me on the shopping list and concrete.

You did say a pound of bricks not gold so your answer was correct. Jenny, how do you weight a cock? and is it full or empty? Just asking.
I'd have to weigh mine in ounces.:)

Pound isn't something a cock weighs, it's something a cock does.

Um, where did it say that the other WAS a nickel?

I was thinking a dime and a 20c piece.

Any U.S. 20c piece around today would be worth far more than 20c, No? It says in the article that just by regular inflaction the coin is worth $3.87 today and that's not even taking into account the value coin collectors put on it.

Nice try.

But no, the other coin doesn't have to be a nickel either, just ask the janitor on 'Scrubs'. :D

Good luck doing this. I call dibs on the all the coins at the end.
Day 1: 2^0 = 1 coin
Day 2: 2^1 = 2 coins
Day 3: 2^2 = 4 coins.
....
Day 30: 2^29 = 536,870,912.... 536million coins.... US$5million and change.
