I wouldn't know about that. There's a radio station over here that plays 80s hits every day at 8am and 8pm, so that hellish song is aired at least twice a day...

There was a whole rash of those overly dramatic, opera aria level rock/pop songs once upon a time. I can still see the video (oh, the 80's remain with me) playing in my head. Bonnie Tyler, you have scarred us all!

I was reading something a few days ago that the all-time worst song was Honey by Bobby Goldsboro

I may be dating myself a bit here but I can remember when my sister had that song on a 45.

Now who's old enough to remember this one: Chick-A-Boom ?

Oh, you just HAD to remind me of "Honey", didn't you? Why, oh WHY do I have the WHOLE DAMN THING recorded in my head? Why can't that be one I forgot?

Maybe Chick-a-Boom was one I was able to erase...and don't remind me or I'll post the lyrics to "Star Trek", I swear I will!

I managed to hear it just enough to like it, not hate it. I was blessed, since I enjoy both groups.

I don't quite understand the logic behind so called "heavy rotation". I prefer to hear a lot of music rather than a few songs repeatedly.

Which reminds me...just got new music, must make a mix CD for the car!
