Hi all, i's come to my attention that several of the Earth day contest entries are low on votes.

I've got no pride. I'll grovel and beg. Begging's good. If it wasn't for whining and begging, I'd probably still be a virgin.

I'm very consistent. I've never won a Lit writing contest. On the other hand, I've never had a story not qualify, so far. This time I entered three related stories in the Humor and Satire category. Looks like that was at least one too many.

For those so busy they don't have time to check out my sig line, here's a link to the story. In the immortal words of the Beatles, "Won't you please, please, help me, help meeee?"

HOT, STEAMING UPDATE!: Dearly beloved, hear my testimony. I came dragging up here just four hours ago, a miserable, hopeless writer with an Earth Day story many votes short of qualifying. Now, oh now, dearly beloved, I'm still a miserable, hopeless writer, but I come before this assembled multitude with all three of my Earth Day entries, QUALIFIED!
