It definetly sucks the wax out of your ears.
I tried it and was amazed at the amount that comes out.
Weather or not its healthy is debatable.
health food stores sell them but as speacial candles, not as ear candles...legalities and such

It's not from your ear. It doesn't work. All it does is potentially permanently damage your ear canal. Then you'll be stuck being deaf and dumb.It is from your ear...you feel really clear headed after...I'm just not sure its a good idea to remove all that so called protective wax

Sticking anything in my ear doesn't appeal to me. I once put a piece of Leggo in there (some time ago, like years) that had to be tweeezed out - painfully.
