'E' and 'H'

I hate to ask because the long-timers here have probably answered this one a thousand times. I have searched all over Literotica and I can't find an explanation anywhere.

Please, could someone tell me how and why one of my stories has an 'E' and an 'H' listed beside it in my bio? How did I get these and what do they mean for the story?

Again, sorry for the redunant questions. :-(

E- editors pick
H- Hot (story)

The red H's denote stories which have received 10 or more votes from readers, and maintain an average vote of 4.5 out of 5 or better.

The green E's denote "Editor's Choice" stories. These are pieces that they really like - just their opinion.

The blue W's are next to stories that have been chosen by readers as winners in Monthly, Yearly, or Special contests.
