Durham Investigation

Trump only has five more months to pardon all of his crooked friends (well, associates, because he has no friends).

Maybe he'll have time to pardon Jeffrey Epstein's madam, if they can speed up her trial a little bit. That way he can support the child trafficking ring that his Q-cult is always talking about.

Breaking news.

Kevin Clinesmith wasn't working for Jim Comey when he forged the email document that was used to obtain a fraudulent FISA warrant on Carter Page. He was working for Bob Mueller's investigation. Oh My.:(

If there were any justice in America, that smug bastard Weissman would be in prison:

Without any apparent self-awareness, he is trying to obstruct the investigation of his obstruction investigation. https://jonathanturley.org/2020/08/16/mueller-aide-weissmann-calls-on-doj-attorneys-not-to-help-on-investigations/

An article on Red State was referencing avtwitter thread that caught that the Mueller Report (Weissman, actually) was trying to distance itself from Klinesmith, because they knew what he had done

He wrote a summary of the email that didn’t agree with the actual email, which was included, unedited, in the application. That isn’t forgery.

Indicating the opposite of what s document actually says is crafting a "summary?"

He's pled guilty to a felony making a false statement. We know what he did, the IG spelled it all out.

More breathless reporting from RotGut that turns out to be nothing.

Climesmith's lawyer said the change of the word "was" to "wasn't" was unintentional and the correctly worded text was sent to the DOJ.

Remember when Trump stood on stage next to his master Putin and sided with Russia over our intelligence agencies by saying he couldn't see why Russia "would " have interfered in the 2016 election, then later lied and said he meant to say "wouldn't"????

Charges should never have been brought against Clinesmith and there will be no time given for his "crime".

Seriously, this is all you got???

Trump and Barr are obviously using the DOJ to influence the election, and I expect a slow dribble of sensationalized accusations to continue right up to the election.

The actual wording in the documents were shown in the IG report. We don't need his attorney's bullshit interptetation.

Since this was revealed the discovery of an IG report footnote attempting to show the SCO trying to distance itself from Clinesmith. Here in a great article is the explanation which I will partially quote here but check out the link for the entire story:

"But the Mueller Report wants everyone to believe that while Clinesmith was assigned to the SCO, he was not “supervised” by the SCO — at all times he remained under the “FBI legal supervision” according to the Report. What is noticeably missing is any explanation as to how that was possible since the SCO operated independent of DOJ, and all investigative activity — including the work done by Clinesmith while assigned — was done under the authority of the SCO who answered only to the Attorney General — Rosenstein since Sessions was recused.

At the time the Mueller Report was drafted, Weissmann and the others knew what Clinesmith had done. They knew that the Carter Page FISA — based nearly entirely on the Steele memos — was not supported by sufficient probable cause going all the way back to the initial application in October 2016. That is why the SCO NEVER publicly claimed to have ever relied on the Steele Memos for any purpose.

Attempting to “disown” Clinesmith the way they did in the Report also helped Weissmann, et.al., in distancing themselves from what was revealed to them by the IG about Clinesmith’s anti-Trump views, which they realized would make him stick to them and their work like a “tar baby.” This vehement anti-Trumper committed a crime, altering a key document supporting the issuance of the Page FISA affidavit when truthful information from that document would have likely stopped the initial warrant from being issued if the FISC had been informed. Here are some of the highlights of what the IG wrote about Clinesmith:"

More lies.

Jonathan Winer, a former State Department official destroyed official communications on the instructions of British spy Christopher Steele. He did this in January 2017, right after the White House meeting between Obama, Biden, Yates, Comey, et al. These are the records Steele was referring to in his trial when he was asked if he had any records of his Dossier contacts and claimed they were "wiped" in 2017. Now we know who conspired to destroy them:

Ron Johnson subpoenas ex-State Department official to testify about deleting Christopher Steele communications

A top Republican senator issued a subpoena this week for testimony from Jonathan Winer, a former State Department official who helped British ex-spy Christopher Steele spread Trump-Russia allegations within the Obama administration in 2016.

“Among other issues, Mr. Winer’s admitted destruction of his records related to his contacts with Christopher Steele is concerning and deserves an explanation,” Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson told the Washington Examiner. “I am looking forward to learning more from Mr. Winer in spite of Democrat attempts to further delay our investigation.”

The subpoena came after a Senate Intelligence Committee report on Russian election interference released this week revealed that after the Steele dossier was published by BuzzFeed in January 2017, Steele asked Winer to "make note" of their correspondence and then "either destroy all the earlier reports Steele had sent the Department of State or return them" to Steele.

“So, I destroyed them, and I basically destroyed all the correspondence I had with him," Winer said about information that was on his personal devices. Winer claimed Steele “didn't want [the Russian intelligence services] deconstructing his network.” Before the dossier, between late 2013 and January 2016, Steele provided at least 110 reports on Ukraine and Russia to Winer.

The nothingburger investigation will be wrapping up shortly.

Are they going to arrest Hillary? Or Obama?

I feel bad for Vette. His whole life is fear and danger. The commies are gonna get him or ISIS found out where he lives. Every scandal is the worst thing ever.
Dude has no chill and that's not healthy. He used to be a decent photographer.
