How long should one wait before contacting literotica when their stories were not publish yet as it was still under pending.

Anyone has ever wait longer then 2 weeks or even longer before seeing their stories were publish? What would you do in this situation?

2 weeks is a bit long...and you say it still says pending? What I would do is resubmit it...maybe a glitch happened in the system and your story wasn't viewed at all.
