Duplicate threads?

Dear Chyoo,

How does it happen that sometimes, two duplicate references to the same follow-up thread appear on a page.

For example, in Kingdom Hearts, the page:

http://www.chyoo.com/dx/?dx=r&story_id=991&next_id=7302

has two choices "Look...until someone finds you." pointing to the same thread

http://www.chyoo.com/dx/?dx=r&story_id=991&next_id=7601

Is this fix-able? I've seen it elsewhere too.
