Dumb question from me

Every time I log on, I get the pop up that says I have a new PM regardless if I have a new PM or not. Does this happen often and is there a way for me to stop it?

Refresh the page.

I've discovered that if you don't refresh the page that gave you the PM notification, it will give the notification every time you go to that page.

I have also found that if your PM window is already open, it will not automatically refresh that page when you get a new PM notification.

So, whenever you get a PM notification, refresh the page -- both you PM page when it opens, and the page that notified you when you're ready to go back to reading the BB.
