Duh!

Let's say for arguments sake that evil is merely the opposite of good, clean and wholesome. Given that then it leaves room for evil to exist at many different levels.

There is lazy, greedy evil such as the kind of person who lives their life at the expense of others. If they spent the same effort at self improvement and motivation they wouldn't need to mooch yet they are a little bit inherently evil so they prefer to use others.

333, only half evil.

Then there is serial killer evil. That one is self explanatory.

And then there is the kind of quasi evil that women use in clubs to get free drinks from suckers. A little flirt, a hint of a smile and you've manipulated some poor bastard into thinking that he can get you drunk. That's kind of a two evils offsetting each other thing though.

Using others to achieve personal gain is pretty much a fact of life for most people. In some way, shape or form we've all got a little evil in us.

That is a much more balanced view for sure. Personally I HATED guys trying to buy my drinks because that meant they were trying to buy me or at least parts of me. LOL! Some of those poor fools thought they could. I typically either refused or bought them the next round.

Evil ignorant bastards! LMAO~

I find it to be much cheaper and more enjoyable if I only buy my own drinks.

Is being evil a bad thing and who decides what is bad or not?

Yes it is a bad thing and I get to decide!

*GRINS*

(We all decide on an individual basis.)

Speaking of evil, I am going to get a ticket for this asininely huge lottery today on the way to work.

205 million. I could entertain myself for a while with that kind of money.

Yeah and in evil ways!

Nobody won the lottery so it's up to 240 million now.

I wouldn't mind winning all of that.

It's amazing to me how so many who do win end up destitute.

Is that evil or just fucking stupid?

Almost all of them, yes. Not just because they are males but because they are worthless pieces of crap. I'd say that pretty much the majority of humanity is pretty useless as a whole. I'm really starting to dislike most women as well.

Individually, people are okay. The saying goes "Never doubt the power of stupid people in large groups." The larger the group, the more the IQ gets diluted. I've always said that society should be killed off before it spreads too far.

I think that as individuals, peoples phobias, problems, baggage, psychoses, trauma, fears, etc.. become more real to us. When you deal with someone face to face you also deal with the harsh reality of who they are including their past. I find that people are generally easy to be with as long as you forget that they have a past. When you get emotionally involved with a person it becomes a different thing altogether.

You must be prepared to deal with a lifetime of anything from merely annoying all the way to horrific abuse.

I for one can not and do not have the capacity right now to deal with anyone who needs to be put back together. I have not gotten enough love in return for me to have enough left of myself to give to anyone. Anyone but me. At this time in my life I must focus solely upon myself to the detriment of all others. The alternative is not justifiable.

There's a reason I chose the nick Evil_Geoff.

Only part of it was humorous, the rest, well, lets just say that while I have internal evil motivations, I frequently do not act on them on the basis of pure, unadulterated self-preservation. But I explained that in another thread Bet opened.... *grin*
